Refund Policy

1.All sales are final. No refunds.

Because our products are digital downloads (e.g.,
STL, SVG, DXF, AI, PDF and related files), you receive access immediately after
purchase. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or
cancellations
once an order is completed.

2.File issues & support (replacement, not refund)

If you experience a problem caused by our delivery/system,
we will help you receive a working copy:

  • Download link not working
  • Missing files compared to the product description
  • Corrupted file or file that cannot be opened
  • Incorrect file delivered

In these cases, we will provide a corrected file or a new download link.

By purchasing from Peterhouse, you confirm that you have
read and agreed to this policy.

3.Digital License Policy (Personal Use Only)

When you purchase a file from Peterhouse, you are purchasing
a personal-use license, not ownership of the design.

4.You MAY (Personal Use)

  • Download and use the files for personal projects
  • Modify/edit the files for your personal needs (resize, remix, adjust layers, etc.)
  • Create physical items for yourself, gifts (non-commercial), or personal display

5.You MAY NOT (Strictly Prohibited)

  • Share, transfer, or distribute the files to anyone (friends, groups, forums, cloud drives, etc.)
  • Upload the files to any platform (free or paid)
  • Resell, relicense, or redistribute the original file or any modified/derived version
  • Use the files for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
  • Selling physical prints/cut items
  • Using the design in a business, brand, or paid service
  • Producing items for sale, fundraisers, or giveaways tied to a business

Violations may result in revoked access and further action where applicable.

6.Download & Lifetime Access Policy

  • Your purchase includes lifetime access to the digital files through your Peterhouse account (as long as the product remains available on our platform).
  • You are encouraged to download and back up your files for safe storage.
  • If you lose access (email change, account issues), contact support with:
  • Order number
  • Purchas email
    We will verify and assist.

Note: In rare cases, products may be updated, improved, or
replaced. If updates are provided, you’ll have access to the latest version available for that product.

7.Compatibility & Results Disclaimer (3D Printing /Laser Cutting)

We do our best to deliver
high-quality, well-prepared files. However, final results depend on:

  • Your machine (3D printer / laser cutter)
  • Materials, settings, calibration, and maintenance
  • Your slicer/laser software and workflow

We are not responsible for failed prints/cuts, material
waste, time loss, or equipment damage resulting from incorrect settings or user hardware limitations.

8.Support Policy

Support includes:

  • Download/access issues
  • Missing/corrupted files
  • Basic guidance on opening/importing files

Support does not include:

  • Advanced troubleshooting of specific printers/lasers, slicer profiles, or machine tuning
